Over the last few years I have been working on two main topics. The first is mastery learning, where I have partnered with schools and organizations to transform how learning happens. The second is volunteer consulting for nonprofit leaders, mainly in areas like strategy, finance, and operations, though I am often simply called a “CEO therapist.” In both of these endeavors I have developed tools, processes, and other materials that may be helpful for others. I have now added them to this site in the hopes that those who might benefit from these resources can access them quickly and easily. The Pragmatic Manager’s Toolkit and the Overview of Mastery Learning are good starting points, and additional materials can be found in those sections of the site.
